Payment Structure
In order to ensure meeting the deposit payment is made that bit easier we have designed a phased method of payment that allows purchasers to pay deposits over an extended 12 month period. Payments are as follows:

£1,000 non-refundable reservation deposit

Balance to 5% 21 days post initial Reservation

5% payable 6 months post Exchange of Contracts

5% payable 12 months post Exchange of Contracts

85% payable upon completion with 10 days notice served
Galliard Homes reserves the right to amend or vary the deposit schedule for available apartments at any time and without notice.
